I had a lovely stay at the Mardonia Hotel. The hosts, Grant and Maria, were exceptional, making us feel warm and welcomed. The breakfast was delightful, with a great variety of freshly prepared options, and the cleanliness of the hotel truly impressed me.

Communication with management was text-only, which became inconvenient during a noisy night with rowdy guests nearby. You also couldn’t bring any food back to the room, limiting your options for enjoying a relaxed evening.

The location was ideal, just a short walk from the beach and attractions. Breakfast was made fresh and tasty. The staff were super friendly, always ready to help. Clean and cozy vibe throughout.

I especially enjoyed the large bathroom and cozy bed, which felt perfect after a day exploring Blackpool. Breakfast was a standout, hearty enough to keep us satisfied until dinner. The bar area was a nice touch for winding down in the evening. I found the bathroom a bit cramped, and it was surprising that I couldn’t bring my own drinks into the room. The location was fantastic, making it easy to access attractions without needing to drive. While I appreciated the communal dining area for eating carry-out food, I wish I’d known about the strict food policy beforehand. the ambiance and service made my stay enjoyable, although some rules felt overly restrictive.
